Community Property
Arizona is a community property state. That means that most assets gained during a marriage are owned by both the husband and wife and are normally divided equally in a divorce. However, there can be exceptions to the rule. Each situation is different, and consulting The Britt Law Group, P.C. will be advantageous, especially if you feel that your entitlements to community property are being challenged.
Our experienced divorce attorneys take great pride in our ability to handle divorces involving simple financial issues as well as complex, high-income and large-asset cases. We have available experienced investigators and forensic accounting experts who help locate and document all income and assets subject to community property laws, including corporate or business interests, commercial and residential real estate, stocks, securities, commodities, insurance, intellectual property and retirement accounts. |
